Our client is searching for a senior-level Software Engineer with strong web development skills. Candidates will possess solid user interface principles and be a highly self-motivated individual contributor. They will be team oriented, flexible, willing to assume responsibility, deliver high quality work on time and on spec, have proven ability to work well under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and multi-task across many project The Engineer will provide expert application software design, developments and maintenance to a suite of internal web business systems applications, Client Server technologies and common services that benefit the business. They will help lead and participate in all stages of design and implementation of Front End, middle-tier, Back End software and database solutions. They will use Software Development (SDM) Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies and apply "Standards" "Best Practices" across all of the application life cycle.
The candidate will have excellent analysis, problem-solving and documentation skills coupled with very strong motivation to identify and resolve technical issues and communicate them to the team and to management.
