Infrastructure background - from PM standpoint is fine -- Storage/SAN/NAS --- have good high level knowledge of storage concepts
Directs tasks
Understand and apply Client Engagement Methodology
Directs small projects
Manage stand alone projects of 80 hours or less
Coordinates site readiness
Work with customers to prepare for on-site activities by ensuring technical pre-requisites are met, and ensuring availability of required customer personnel
Facilitates migration shifts
Direct and communicate night and weekend activities for data migrations, in assistance to other project managers
Creates draft project plans
Assemble draft project plans based on templates and basic customer information
Assists other project manag ers
Serve as part of the project management team by assisting other project managers in their duties
Backlog investigation
Review and pursue services that are signed, but not scheduled
