Yoh has a direct hire opportunity for an E-commerce Project Manager in Manhattan, NYC. E-commerce experience is essential to be successful in this role. Someone who has lead integration projects would be a definite plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage projects and initiatives from initial scope definition through implementation, including the conceptualization, design, and deployment.
- Manage customer implementation projects from statement of work process through?
- Facilitate interviews and meetings with internal and external partners to gather business requirements, discuss current and future state processes, and other surrounding context required to build technical solutions
- Compile, analyze and draft detailed software requirements in the form of use cases, process diagrams, flowcharts, and workflow's be used by design, development, testing, and project management teams
- Serve as a liaison for QA, create test plans, test cases and conduct functional testing as needed
- Identify product needs, opportunities and potential integration approaches through interviews with customers
- Work with clients to prioritize customer needs based on potential to deliver value, budget, and those requirements necessary to meet competitive demands. Negotiates priorities and schedules
- Act as central point of contact for Customer for project related items
- Provide innovative ideas and solutions in an ever changing environment
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to handle multiple projects within a large initiative, managing competing priories and timelines
- Proven technical and project management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, across application development, business and IT support.
- Solid facilitation and problem solving skills
- Ability to understa nd the big picture, yet execute to short medium term objectives
- Proven track record of delivering projects
- PMI Certification is a plus
