Business Analyst

This role will serve as a tactical IT liaison to the business through maintaining a partnership and requires the demonstration of understanding of both the business area (Compliance Sunshine Act Regulations), and the technology being developed to support it.

The IT components of the overall technology solution to be delivered are as follows:

• Datawarehouse
• Interfaces (inbound outbound)
• Reports
• Data Quality
• Configuration of 3rd party vendor

The role will ensure that the solution delivery meets the business needs and expectations by:

• Delivering/managing the delivery of requirements documentation (including process maps where applicable)
• Interface requirements
• Data quality requirements (end-to-end process, data correction, reconciliation, quality control/monitoring)
• Reporting requirements
• Delivering/managing the delivery of the corresponding testing documentation

This position will be accountable for the project throughout its entire life cycle; depending on scale and complexity, input or guidance on critical decisions will be provided.

Background Preference:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Relevant experience with documenting requirements/testing docs for interfaces/data quality/reports required
• Knowledge of CEGEDIM and Oracle environment is a plus
• Business Process Modeling/Management is a plus
• Pharma/Biotech industry experience required
