Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for client network rollout and the manual work that will be called for to effectively manage the newly deployed network equipment.
- Proactively monitors network platforms and applicable systems in order to identify potential problems, and performs appropriate corrective measures.
- Maintains documentation of daily operations.
Job Qualifications:
- Understanding of telephony network, web, and desktop applications.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience as demonstrated by portfolio.
- Incumbent must also be able to successfully complete drug and criminal background screenings as a condition of employment.
