Must-haves
* Design heterogenous systems
* Knowledgeable of current integration technologies, eg Cast Iron, Adobe Livecycle
* Proficient in Object Oriented DESIGN
* Capable of delivering (hands on) Proof of Concept (POC) prototypes
* Multiple SDLC experience including Agile with Scrum and Pairing
* Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives (MUST have written presentation skills)
* Working knowledge (demonstrable experience) of current RBMS, Application Servers, n-tier physical implmentations
* Interpreted language experience - Perl/PHP/Python/Ruby

Integration of various systems including, but not limited to: Epicor, Zuora, Salesforce, etc...
Cannot be Microsoft centric. Less than 50% career experience in Microsoft products.
This candidate will be expected to provide a simple 5-10 presentation detailing a project in their career. Looking for communication skills, crowd handling, and awareness of the candidates contribution to their employer's profitability.
Additionally, someone who has significant Salesforce.com experience will be strongly considered.
