Job Description: Entry Level Inquiry Representative NYC - Entry Level Inquiry Representative -

POSITION DESCRIPTION
-Respond to inquiries over the telephone and in-person regarding client summonses- heavy public contact
-Filing and retrieval of unit documents and respondent
-Update codes to client database
-Review and route respondent correspondence to appropriate unit
-Various administrative tasks to include written correspondence, update information to databases.

REQUIRED
Skills:
-Customer Service experience
-Ability to perform without direct supervision
-Legible handwriting
-Excellent communication skills (in-person and phone) - excellent phone manner a must
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Second language a+
-PC Skills a+
-Must be team oriented

EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent required
