Are you a Java developer with abilities in SQL as well? If so we may have just the job for you.

Brief Job Requirements Overview:

• Perform a full spectrum of Web development related tasks including design, application development and optimization, and unit testing.
• Perform Server Side programming (primarily Java/JSP/DB2).
• Use ExtJS to develop software applications.
• Develop and implement moderately complex to complex web on one or more platforms.
• Makes changes, fixes, or enhancements to existing web applications.
• Perform web UI based performance tuning and optimization.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Technical Skills:

• Web technologies Java, JSP, Servlets, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
• Advanced Database/SQL Experien ce with DB2 (or similar) and Java Persistence
• Strong experience writing stored procedures, triggers and SQL queries using Transact-SQL
• 2+ years with a RIA/Web 2.0 development framework (YUI or ExtJS experience is a +)
• Good Foundation in JavaScript Object Programming
• Good foundation in Object Oriented Programming and familiarity with Design Patterns
• Mid-level experience with core Java skill sets involving frameworks and the ability to conceptualize and implement cross tier components.
• Candidate must have a solid understanding of the core components of a framework and the life cycle of core components combined with an understanding of the underlying architecture of the framework.
• Experience in utilizing IDE tools such as Eclipse
• Knowledge/Experience of using CVS
• Awareness/Involvement of the 'Open Source' community is a plus as is Lucene/Solr.

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university
