Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Senior Software Developer to join our client in Marietta, GA.

Job Overview:

- As Senior Software Developer, you will have a key role in the design and implementation of a variety of software projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your role is to lead the development of innovative solutions across the range of products in order to address real market problems. You will work closely with the lead architect, program manager, security leadership, and the QA team on multiple programs that align with commercial priorities related to new products, in order to ultimately reach sales targets. Your programs will help to develop new product offerings, migrate existing products to an SOA platform, and leverage acquired technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

- Utilizing Agile development processes to drive successful software implementation and deployment.
- Translating technical requirements into sound OOP software designs.
- Implementing SaaS, web-deployed applications utilizing an SOA environment.
- Analyzing existing products and platforms for synergies and code reuse.
- Interpreting and Implementing to architectural standards across a range of products.
- Implementing multi-tier applications (user interfaces, business logic, and database access).

Job Qualifications:

- Familiarity with current, standard, software development processes and industry practices.
- Creativity, with demonstrated abilities in software prototyping.
- Actively contributing to conceptual ideas, architectures, roadmaps, and design rationales to multiple stakeholders, including executive review teams.
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic software development environment.
- Experience Levels.
- Web Services, SOA.
- .NET Framework and/or J2EE.
- Web-based user interfaces.
- Transactional Workflows.
- Database design and administration.
- (SQLServer, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
- Stored Procedure writing, deploying, maintaining.
- Desired - Big Data tools and techniques (Cassandra, HADOOP, etc.).
