Kforce Atlanta, Georgia is looking for a Clinical Support Lead that will be responsible for day to operations on site at one of our client's customer sites. They will act as a liaison between the customer and our client, specifically the Application Management Services Team.
Position Description:
- Be responsible for responding to product application support questions from customers regarding the company software
- Analyze problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action
- Recommend solutions to customer application questions
- You may utilize specialized domain expertise related to the specific application of the software to resolve customer problems

- By connecting and impr oving the business of healthcare, our client is helping to ensure that millions of patients get the treatment they need
- 10+ years of product applications support experience
- Previous leadership and executive-level presence are essential with an understanding of Horizon Clinical applications and integration with other applications
- Experience developing and working with new processes and procedures
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and Visio
- Previous customer service experience
- A BS Degree or equivalent experience
- PMP Certification is desired
- General office demands
