Digital Media Specialist, Montvale New Jersey, Permanent

We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist for a permanent position with our client in Montvale, NJ.  The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for working with and supporting the IT Digital Media Manager â€" Internet, SEM in the development, implementation, operation, QA verification and maintenance of company’s Internet across North America.

• Work collaboratively with the IT Digital Media Manager â€" Internet, SEM in the development, implementation, operation, QA verification and maintenance of the business’s Internet across North America including all relevant features and functionality while working with our vendors, Web Communications, Digital Marketing, Web Development and IT Operations groups. 
• Work with business units and analytics and SEO/SEM vendors to ensure proper implementation of JavaSript tags, metadata, H1, alt tags, canonical tags and the like. Review reports to ensure proper tracking for the assigned campaigns. 
• Wor k collaboratively with the Senior Digital Media Administrator, Web Development and any other teams (OS-Services, Network, CIC and Data Warehouse) to troubleshoot, resolve and respond to user/customer, application and web site tickets/issues and to support our web site analytics implementation and verification. 
  

Qualifications
• BA or BS in IT-Digital Media, Business or related industry
• 1+ years experience in IT-Digital Media
• Demonstrated experience with managing digital projects with strong project management skills
• Demonstrated experience in working with technical professionals
• Demonstrated experience with working cross functionally
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
