Lead a team of engineers in design, development, test, and deployment of the bedrock which fosters innovation.

Have an established background in building and managing reliable software in a service-oriented environment, have such software operate at high-scale and reliability with high SLA's, have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.

You are passionate about simple and elegant software solutions, customer-centric products, and utilizing agil e development processes.

You are results-oriented, customer-focused software development manager who gets excited about starting from scratch, running hard, and solving tough technical and operational challenges. You will lead a team of smart software development engineers.

Qualifications:
-Successful candidates will have a superb technical background and a credible track record in the software engineering space, be passionate about their work, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities.
-Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.).
-The key requirement for this position is established skill designing and developing simple solutions to complex problems.
-Strong technical credentials, with at least 5 years experience managing software development teams, with hands-on architectural or distributed systems experience.
-Development Expertise i n OOP, Java, HTML5, JavaScript, UNIX, C++, Perl, XML, Web services, and UNIX tools. Experience in development of iOS, Android Applications is a plus.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
-A track record of communicating well with executives and non-technical leaders.
