WNA seeks Senior Project Managers for immediate CONSULTING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT opportunities in Middletown NJ and across the US. Client delivery roles. Lead planning and execution of client projects in business improvement, IT operations improvement and life cycle IT software development. Lead communications with business and IT management.

Strong leadership acumen, skills and experience. Skilled at leading teams, motivating people and building relationships in complex project environments. Excellent verbal, written and executive communication skills. PMI certification or commensurate Project Management experience. Knowledge and experience with Quality programs (Six Sigma, TQM, etc.) and business process improvement methodology. Financial budgeting and project financial management experience. Experience wit h IT SDLC and familiar with current software technologies and RUP or similar formal requirements development methodology. Comfortable in uncertain environments. Knowledge of a wide variety of business processes, multi-tier core application development environments and/or core integration technologies. 12 - 20+ years business experience. Bachelor's Degree. Masters Degree in business or related field preferred.

$60 - 75 per hour or commensurate salary. Bonus potential. Potential conversion from contract to full time salaried employee with WNA. Career growth potential.
