The job focus is to provide account ability for executing the "OneADP" Project Management methodology for all assigned projects spanning multiple products and business units. Project Managers (PMs) collaborate and consult with client and ADP Project Teams to manage the project scope and overall client experience during all phases of the implementation. They oversee development, communication, control and execution of project plans in a manner consistent with the framework of "OneADP" solution delivery. PMs ensure client needs are satisfied by delivering projects with a high degree of quality. PMs ensure internal and external partners who may represent multiple functions and relationships understand and adhere to key timeframes and quality goals. PMs also ensure resources are shared dynamically to meet the demands (internal and external) of specific areas.

Responsibilities:

- Ongoing responsibility for the ADP Major Accounts Project Management Methodology handbook in liaison with the Proje ct Office and ensuring compliance through quality assurance and post implementation reviews. The aim is to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Ensure the methodology is aligned with best practices, and includes clear standards and templates.
- Manage issue resolution and follow-ups for all projects
- Facilitate client project kickoff session, internal project meetings and ongoing client status meetings
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure project milestones are met.
- Handle escalations as needed
- Provide guidance and facilitate communication to stakeholders regarding the implementation of deliverables, project concepts, and schedules to ensure management of client expectations.
- Establish and maintaining project files, according to the ADP Project Management Methodology.
- Ensure Client requirements are clearly communicated and understood.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to project team members
- Follow up and monitor delegated tasks and responsibilities and ensure compliance with ground rules and milestones.
- Serve as client advocate and liaison between the client and ADP, including Client C Level, Client Project Manager, project team members, ADP Management.
- Manage client project expectations.
- Provide and escalation point for project issues
- Foster team work and ownership of team tasks
- Manage internal interpersonal issues
- Manage the ongoing quality of service provided
- Identify and apply improvements for implementations and methodology

Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):

- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience or minimum of 2 years of directly related ADP implementation project experience with resultant product knowledge and increasing application and demonstration of project leadership skills.
- Clearly possesses both advanced knowledge of fun ctional area, plus in-depth knowledge of related company products.
- Recognized as having advanced knowledge of assigned topics and as an overall expert in managing project.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent in education and experience required. Professional certifications (CPP or PHR) preferred.
- Continuing education or certification in Project Management is helpful.
