Java Swing Software Developer

Responsibilities:

-Design and build services and service components in Java.
-Design and build the User Interface components using established framework.
-Cross platform development in Windows and UNIX environments.
-Integrate the services with Database entities and procedures.
-Build the necessary external SQL procedures.
-Integrate with non-Java system components using provided libraries and tools.
-Utilize experience to assist in design.
-As required, support of production systems.

Qualifications:

-3+ years current Java experience.
-2+ years current Swing development.
-Experience with C++.
-Required database and SQL experience.
-Working experience in both Windows and UNIX.
-Excellent Object Oriented Design skills.
-Good verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Capability to work in an interactive fast-paced environment.
-R esults driven, client focused attitude.
-Self motivated team player.
-Trading system experience is desirable.
-BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
