E-Marketing Business Analyst, New York, NY, Permanent

Our client is currently seeking an E-Marketing Business Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage initiatives/projects from original concept through implementation and evaluation after launch. Identifying and Managing necessary project resources, timelines and deliverables
  • Partner with various internal and external resources to ensure understanding and buy-in of business goals, initiatives, requirements and timelines
  • Conduct brainstorming and working sessions on business solutions/concepts
  • Gather, define, document and follow approval process of requirements including detailed business and functional requirements, use cases and process flow diagrams with input from various stakeholders
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (writing testing scenarios and execution)
  • Research, evaluate, select, implement and manage third-party vendor solutions
  • Review and analyze metrics to assist in defining new str ategies, provide insights and make recommendations
  • Contribute to changing team responsibilities and priorities
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting business analysis for web applications throughout the application development process, including building user scenarios, use cases, process flow diagrams/descriptions, business requirements documents, functional design documents, user acceptance test scripts and metric analysis
  • 3+ years of experience project managing multiple simultaneous projects, of mid to large size initiatives in a fast paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience in Internet marketing, digital marketing, digital media, web marketing, online marketing, online sales, online commerce, eMarketing, eSales or eCommerce or related field
  • Strong communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, technical understanding, an d effective experience in the consumer-focused digital space
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, collaborative, team player with the ability to accept constructive criticism and implement change with a positive attitude
