Systems Software Developer

Candidates must have a strong G.P.A. from a top university.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for Servers and systems that support core and high-frequency trading.

-Face a wide array of technical challenges that greatly impact business.

-Using your development skills to design and build applications to automate various aspects of IT infrastructure management.

-Current and proposed projects include cloud computing, equipment capacity planning, provisioning and life cycle management, user access control, and provisioning of distributed and parallel file systems.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree from a top university with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

-Experienc e developing in Ruby On Rails or a similar web development framework.

-Familiarity building and using RESTful JSON-based web services is a plus.

-Experience building web UIs with HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery and CoffeeScript a plus.

-Knowledge of data serialization formats like JSON and Protocol Buffers, familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL, and experience with authentication and encryption technologies like SSL, Kerberos, and GSSAPI all a plus.
