Large investment bank requires a Senior Application Support Engineer, (UNIX, Genios, Control-M, Equities, New York) to join their Front Office facing Equities Trading group providing 1st to 3rd line support and enhancement to their Equity Trades.

Applicants for the Senior Application Support Engineer, (UNIX, Genios, Control-M, Equities, New York) will be responsible for providing delivering 11 months work, in 9 and will focus on the Engineering, rather than just pure application support. The Senior Application Support Engineer, (UNIX, Genios, Control-M, Equities, New York) is responsible for increasing the systems performance, infrastructure systems deployment, extensions and analysis of the implementation and integration requirements for the global trading system.

Senior Application Support Engineer, (UNIX, Genios, Control-M, Equities, New York) will be expected to h old a full and comprehensive understanding of UNIX Engineering, Genios, Control-M and Equities, along with Scheduling, systems audits and ability to asses consistencies between applications, Servers, infrastructure.

Senior Application Support Engineer, (UNIX, Genios, Control-M, Equities, New York) must be capable of working to demanding deadlines and pro-active.

The Senior Application Support Engineer, (UNIX, Genios, Control-M, Equities, New York) should also have extensive monitoring experience and capable of delivering 100%assured network and systems monitoring by year end.
