Our global client has an immediate need for a Social Media/Digital Marketing Program Coordinator for their New York, NY location. In this role, you will help develop the growth of their digital footprint by managing projects to integrate business systems with web based digital marketing initiatives. This will require managing multiple work streams through the full SDLC including from initial conception, requirements elicitation, development, testing, training and post go-live support.
Main Duties:
- Managing multiple relationships with vendors, partners and internal resources as well as internal and external clients and stake holders
- Develop project action plans, preside over meetings, and drive projects to successful completion
- Gather project metrics to report on milestones and delivery dates keeping the Social Business Manager abreast of obstacles, risks and project progress
- College degree required, preferably in IT/MIS related field, Communications or Marketing.
- 2+ years of Project Management/Program Coordination
- Background in digital marketing and social media is required
- Understanding of the various phases of the SDLC
- Strong attention to detail, persistence, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong customer service mentality
- Self Starter who can manage their own time effectively
- High energy
