Senior Telecom Engineer

In this role, you will be maintaining and enhancing our voice telecommunications systems and network environment. You will perform voice system administration, such as daily maintenance of Avaya PBX's, Voice Mail, servers, programming/call vectoring and troubleshooting problems that arise regarding telephony systems. You will also be involved in complex call center configurations and equipment installations.
You must have the following to qualify:
- 5+ years of related experience in data and voice communications
- 5+ years experience with Avaya related equipment
- Experience managing data and phone services for corporate and remote locations
- Experience programming/call vectoring for Avaya s ystems
- Experience with setting up and configuring equipment and installations
