We are searching for a top notch Business Analyst to join our team for a contract to permanent role in the Alpharetta area. We have recently moved our headquarters to Alpharetta and are excited about the growth potential of our company. You will be responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, project planning and business analysis for a new project that is getting underway. You will interact with all levels of our organization.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Gathering business requirements by conducting interviews, surveys, site visits use cases and workflow analysis
- Analyze and evaluate data from sources and determine user requests
- Collaborate with busine ss process owners to identify and maximize opportunities to use information and technology to improve product, service and business processes.
- Maintain project schedules: provide timely updates and status reports to stakeholders and team members.
You should have the following to qualify:
- 3-5 years experience translating business needs into functional business requirements.
- Strong experience with Visio, Project, PowerPoint Excel and Word.
- Strong understanding of automated testing, requirements analysis, and process model tools.
- 6 years working experience in business analysis and project management.
- Order Management experience is a plus.
