We have a position available in our Information Technology department as Infrastructure Systems Analyst at our corporate headquarters location in Danvers, MA.

In this role, the candidate will be responsible for performing daily system administration in a complex, multi-technology environment. The Systems Analyst will be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing and supporting the infrastructure for our web technologies, various communication platforms, and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical, functional and technical skills and will work in close collaboration with our busine ss customers. The candidate will demonstrate and apply comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments. The position will include working in a lead role on a variety of projects and well as providing hands on support.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Securing systems by utilizing corporate security standards uniformly across the environment.
- Analyzing current environment and technologies to make recommendations for future projects and improvements.
- Ability to use analytical thinking to identify problems, determine the underlying cause, and apply standardized practices and procedures to bring issues to resolution.
- Evaluating requests for new technologies and providing analysis recommendations.
- Developing processes for implementation and support of new systems
- Use of change control processes and configuration management processes to document current system state.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Seasoned knowledge and ability to support the operations of assigned technology in a 24x7 environment.
- Strong understanding of overall IT architecture, and interoperability of technology.
- Experience configuring and supporting Internet facing systems running on Windows Server operating systems.
- Ideal candidate will have experience administering Mobile Business Solutions (ex. Antenna/Dexterra) and HR Systems (ex. PeopleSoft).
- In-depth knowledge of IT methodologies, tools and procedures. ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred.
- Must be available for off hour support as part of an on-call rotation.
- Strong background in systems and process documentation.
