Duties Match and organize accounts payable invoices (50-100 invoices) Code invoices to the proper general ledger accounts Prepare and post adjustment journal entries at month end Organize and maintain A/P files. Reconcile A/P accounts Research invoices and discrepancies with invoices prior to payment Maintain filing system for vendor payments Assist in processing weekly check-run Assist/process wire transfers
Skills 0 - 3 years experience Strong organizational skills High level of attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines PC skills: Excel, Microsoft Word, E-mail, 10 key by touch
