Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of the tasks associated with implementation of specific Field Service Contract(s). The Program Manager assists the VP of Operations in planning activities to assure contract deliverables and other work are produced timely and in accordance with established requirements. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities:
-Develops Field Service Contract(s) Project Plan
-Coordinates and Communicates Project Plan(s)
-Finalizes and Closes Project Plan(s)
-This position will lead and facilitate assigned team activities such as team meetings, client meetings, and contract deliverables.
-Contact with Customers and Potential Customers.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
-3-5 years of experience in program management working for a known 3rd Party Service Provider (IE: HP/NG/NSS) in hardware b reak/fix program management.
-Ability to read and understand standard business documentation (eg contract language).
-Solid written and oral communication skills.
-Solid organizational, and team building skills.
-Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules.
-Advanced MS Office Skills
-Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and interpretation is preferred.
-Technical knowledge in Data Storage or Servers a requirement
