As the Oracle Analyst - HR, You will be the lead functional-technical IT supports for the HR department of a growing and dynamic company. Requirements:

  • 7 years of related experience Extensive HRMS ERP System Knowledge, such as Oracle/Discoverer.
  • 4-year degree in Information Systems or related discipline
  • SQL, PL/SQL
  • 5-15% travel

Essential Duties:

  • Recommends plans for improvements and/or new applications.
  • Develops project plans using the associated project planning tools, which include work plans, schedules, milestones, critical paths, detailed tasks, and deliverables.
  • Communicates, coordinates teams and manages projects through out its life cycle, including implementing solutions.
  • Develops and provides test scripts for HRIS projects, new applications, implementations, upgrades, etc.
  • Participates with HR to maximize HR's technology capabilities to make processes more efficient and effective.
  • Analyzes and solves complex problems related to assigned area.
  • Researches problem-solving tools and techniques and evaluates applicability to specific problems within assigned area.
  • Maintains security profiles (ie Discoverer reporting, Oracle) and works with HR to identify allowable users.
  • Coordinates leads and participates on projects with HR, IT and other departments as needed.
Works with vendors and/or IT to design and implement system specifications.
