This high profile role will work directly with IT to evaluate the usability characteristics of three high profile users within an environment to make actionable recommendations to performance issues at the desktop level.
These recommendations and best practices need to be backed up by factual evidence. This engagement can be worked part time over a 2-3 month period. Network and systems background are required. Customer facing experience and the ability to troubleshoot performance issues at the desktop level are preferred. Experience in a Microsoft environment is critical. Travel is not required for this role.
