Do you have Billing Application support experience? This is the opportunity to work for the best! Automotive Industry leader is seeking and Application Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing second and third level support for their billing applications. The successful candidate will also be responsible for working closely with other internal support groups to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues as well as provide excellent customer service in a fast paced work environment.
The Application Support Engineer will be part of a 2.5 team to support the Billing Application. You will work on the support of daily, weekly, and monthly processing. This application also supports credit card processing. This application is highly customized and will be replace with Oracle EBS Application.

NOTE:
The first 3 days of each month require the ability to work long hours (12 to 14 hours are possible). The support is mainly Back End processing support. 24X7 support is also required but at the most will be two calls a month. Technical skills needed are PL/SQL, Oracle and UNIX. Billing systems skills are required. Kenan skills are highly preferred, but if you have another billing application then could be a very strong possible candidate. This group is responsible for the move from development to production of application enhancements. No development, but troubleshooting is needed. Term is through September 2013.
