Deployment NCDC- Dispatch Specialist I, Atlanta, GA, Permanent

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Dispatch Specialist to join our client in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage field workforce via the Work Force Management system.
- Analyze field tech workload
- Make decisions to adjust workload as necessary.
- Identify system errors.
- Initiate and communicate required actions for resolutions
- Making timely assignment and dispatch of Work orders for Field Technician.
- Interface between internal and external groups that require Field Services.
- First line of escalation for all Work Orders.
- Perform Field Technician call outs as needed.
- Manage Work Order schedule for field technician.

Job Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Telecommunications Dispatch.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type 4 5-50wpm.
- Flexibility to work any schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (all candidates will be tested on Word, Excel, and Outlook).
