Resource 1 is seeking a Sr. Web Developer (GUI/Front-End) with at least 5 years of experience. We're looking for a perm person, but will also consider a contract-to-hire for the right person. Ideally the selected developer would have some exposure to RoR development, but we're open to bringing on a good web developer who has experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, as well as one or more of some other mainstream technologies such as PHP, Python, .NET etc... Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is a plus, but Developer must be willing to learn it for Web Development. Individual must be local to Atlanta and willing to work out of the technology park in Norcross , GA. This company has very strong founders and financial backing from successful people from well known Internet companies. The company has excellent benefits, including paying 100% of medical insurance. This is a get it done" environment where they don't micromanage and don't worry about what hours you work, as long as the work gets completed.
