Cellular Device Diagnostics Analytics Engineer
9 month Contract in alpharetta, GA

Network Planning and Engineering team as a Device Diagnostics Analytics Engineer supporting various groups within the wireless engineering organization.

Job Responsibilities will include:

• Analyze measures and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) produced from device diagnostics data and look for opportunities to reduce cost, increase revenue, or improve Network Performance and Design.
• Execute testing of new diagnostics software to ensure accuracy of device diagnostics measures and KPIs.
• Develop and produce reports, analysis, and tools to provide insight into device diagnostics information.
• Work with internal Stakeholders to drive analytics issues to resolution.
• Develop and maintain processes f or testing and validation of device diagnostics analytics.
• Work closely with CIQ and ATT labs organization to drive improvements in device diagnostics measures, KPIs and analytics.
• Work closely with the device diagnostics vendor to drive improvements in vendors tools to ensure agent analytics accuracy and stability.
• Work with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize device diagnostics analytics issues and drive to resolution.
• Develop and maintain tools to perform and manage device diagnostics testing and validation.

Skill Set Prerequisites:

• 5 years experience in Cellular Engineering.
• Understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE call flow algorithms.
• Understanding of cellular device architecture and functionality.
• Proficient in the use and development of Excel macros and Powerpoint.

DESIRED:

• Proficiency with Alteryx and Sql development.
