Kforce is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Business Analyst for a New York City, New York client.
Functions:
- The role encompasses business analysis to identify, assess and articulate near-term business needs, advise businesses on options, and risks and costs of technology solutions versus benefits
- Proactively communicates business requirements/priorities to key stakeholders; solicit feedback, and obtain sign-off on project documentation
- Effectively translate business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions, and test plans using appropriate processes, procedures, and technology
- Work closely with team members in NYC and off-shore (India) towards timely project deliverables
- Analyze impact of proposed solutions across the various components of the Cristal Platform
- Ensure that requirements documentation accurately translated into test plans and test cases
- Provide relevant test scenarios to ens ure that testing results correspond to the business expectations
- Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demos, and the development of training material
- Project Management/Business Analyst/Design skills
- Manage large scale as well as smaller application development/enhancement projects from inception through completion with little guidance
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong technical background with emphasis on ability to analyze and research data via SQL queries
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Must be detail oriented
