Our client has an immediate need for a Scrum Master for their Jersey City, New Jersey location. The Scrum Master with Financial Industry expertise will work with one or more agile feature teams to create products for mid/Back Office.
Expert-level mentoring and facilitation skills are required, as well as the ability to mentor newly formed teams.
Must Haves:
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Experience with Scrum practices
- Strong coaching experience with new teams
- Experience with distributed Agile teams
- Finance experience
- Scrum certification
