Support Enterprise and Access Management Solutions in the role of a Programmer Analyst. Add new functionality and provide support for the Enterprise WEB Access Management System.
Responsibilities:
.Application development and support for the Enterprise WEB Access Management environment Including application integration development, Middleware support for Weblogic and identity layers, performance tuning, portal application development, services oriented integration, vendor relationship management, architecture standards adherence and fraud management support.
.Create and maintain schedules by developing work plans and specifications, estimate time requirements, establish deadlines, monitor milestone completion, track all life cycle phases, provide timely reports of issues that impact work progress, coordinate actions and resolve conflicts. This includes documenting, prioritizing and tracking of requests.
.Review, analyze, and creat e detailed documentation of business systems and user needs including workflow and program functions.
.Define, develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, end user test plans and other QA assessments
Requirements:
.Strong analytical and problem solving skills
.Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with 3 of those years spent developing web sites
.Web developer with experience in JAVA/J2EE, Apache, Weblogic, and Oracle technologies
.Experience with Oracle Identity Manager is a strong plus
.Understanding of XML, XML Schemas, and Web Service technology
.Experienced with WebSphere
.Experienced in developing and documenting use case scenarios
