C++ Exchange Connectivity Developer /C++ Electronic Trading Developer/C++ Developer: Investment Bank Exciting new Project for a C++ Exchange Connectivity Developer to work within the Trading Technology Team to develop a multi-asset electronic client connectivity platform. You will be working within Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange and Listed Derivatives.
You will be responsible for re-engineering the platform to improve its performance, recovery and increase the memory efficiency and providing 3rd level support.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical background in C++ over a Linux/Unix platform and STL Libraris.
- Experience and working knowledge of client or exchange connectivity in software design and development
- Experience with Electronic Trading platforms ideallty in Equities, Fixed Income or FX.
- Strong knowledge of FIX engines or similar and FIX Protocol.
- Scripting experience in Per l or Shell Scripts
- Multi-threaded programming and network programming in TCP/IP.
