This Business Systems Analyst will be working with the team on bringing new/current projects into production. This role is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between technical development and business users
- Perform analysis to determine and verify business requirements and functional design
- Participate throughout the Project Life cycle
- Develop detailed specifications for the creation of new or modified maps based on business requirements
- Develop and execute test plans that will thoroughly exercise and validate program logic and ensure business requirements have been met
- Assist in supporting business/client testing phases
- Ensure deliverables are being met on a timely basis
- Work with technical team to ensure successful completion of projects
- S trong organizational, analytical and design skills
- Ability to work in fast paced team environment
- Ability to independently manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly grasp and master new requirements/technologies/tools and related knowledge
- Proven experience in compiling data, defining and documenting business requirements and performing project manager role in successfully implemented projects
- 2-4 years of practical experience in analysis and design of systems applications
- Ability to adjust to tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes
- Extremely detail oriented
