This industry leader has an immediate opening for an Identity Access Management Administrator in their Atlanta office. This role requires them work from home 3 days a week, 2 days works from the office.
The ideal candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Must be flexible and be able to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed. One role is functional and one is technical candidates will be considered for either role based on their experience.
The Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, administration, and support of security, event management and other Identity Access Management (IAM) applications within client's environment. The Administrator will serve in both a technical and functional role in the support initiatives of the application environment. This position will participate in monitoring of the application Servers, assist in the analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of the applications for which they are responsible. This position will report to the Manager of Application Portfolio Strategy, and must be a motivated, self-reliant team player. This position reports to the Manager of Application Portfolio and Strategy, within the Enterprise Systems group in the Information Technology Department.
Essential Functions:
Manage and support security and monitoring applications, concentrating primarily on Identity Access Management applications, such as ITIM and TSEIM. Must have a solid understanding of the ITIM architecture and TDI development utility. Perform analysis and design of automated or manual adapters to integrate new applications into ITIM. Ability to design and configure policies and workflows within security and event management applications.
Manage, administer and support applications, as assigne d by Manager, within the environment that integrates with IAM applications. Perform analysis, design, documentation and testing of enhancements associated with new or existing application functionality. Perform unit testing of system modifications to ensure that the specifications are met, and that there is no unexpected or adverse impact on system performance and functionality. Responsible for application documentation for technical and functional purposes.
Manage end user requests, and act as liaison between end users and development. Monitors service requests received through the help desk to facilitate timely resolution. Provide accurate estimates and timely updates to project management. Assist in Quality Assurance testing, as required. Participate in annual testing of the enterprise disaster recovery plan to ensure successful recovery of applications. Ensure tasks are completed as scheduled. On call during non-business hours. Other duties as assigned.
