Our Alpharetta, GA client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This is a Perm position.

The ideal candidate will have a fluency in Spanish as well.

SUMMARY:

Hands on desktop support and technical assistance crucial in maintaining hardware and software of 150+ internal customers. End result goal being lminimal downtime for activities will be in cordination with the Regional Service Desk. Also provide remote support to others in the North America Region as determined by the Service Desk.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating System, office applications and security concepts.
  • Knowledge of client/server technology, LAN, VPN and DSL/broadband, PBX, voicemail and mobile phones
    Troubleshooting and diagnosing skills with the ability to trace problems to their source and find solution in a timely manner.
  • Customer service skills are important in servicing internal users in a collaborative and timely manner.
  • Ability to work in collaboration with others winthin and IT Service desk environment-follows procedures and protocols as instrructed. Great Team player attitude.
  • Flexible to assist with 24/7 support as needed.
  • Setup and configure Avaya VoIP
