Job Description:

The .NET Development Lead will have 6-8 years of experience.

He/she should be Subject-matter expert in the field of development of applications using MS Technologies like .Net/C#/Asp.NET/WPF/WCF/Ajax/Silverlight/Sharepoint/MS SQL/CSS/XSLT/Master Pages/JavaScript.

Ability to work effectively with management, customers, business analysts and other developers.

Strong verbal and written communication

Primary Responsibilities:

Organize and assign development tasks as part of a product release cycle.

Completing development tasks, including any necessary debugging or unit testing.

< p>Enforcing existing development procedures and coding standards.

Completing code reviews.

Breakdown and estimation of development tasks as necessary within the product life cycle.

Understanding how each task relates to the overall product and the business in general.

Work to complete assigned RD assignments.

Participate in software support as necessary.

Participate in fine tuning development processes and procedures.
